The Mayoral / EXCO Outreaches / Imbizos are anchored around the broader   government Public Participation Programmes (PPP) and aligned with the Izimbizo Outreach initiative in an effort to enhance impact and arrest shortfalls associated with implementation of the Government Programme of Action.

The Municipality through the Communications, IGR Unit saw a need to promote and enhance the Outreach Programme with the purpose to maintain an on-going /continuous process of engagements between Government and citizenry through which accountability will be maintained and communities are asserted as co-creators of solutions thus actively participate in decision making.

With this Programme, the Mayor, Cllr Momelezi Mbedla together with his Executive Committee, the Speaker, Chief Whip and Management will meet with the people of ward 18 on the 3rd of February 2015 for the purpose mentioned herein.
